Demographic & organizational characteristics. This table presents the demographic and organizational characteristics of the participants in the Work Experiences and Character Traits (WECT) Project. Study 1 refers to the 2011 data collection. Study 2 refers to the 2012 data collection.

Individual Difference Variables in Initial Survey – descriptive statistics & correlations: Descriptive statistics and correlations for moral character and personality variables measured with self-reports in the initial survey. WECT2011 & WECT2012 reported separately.
